In order to avoid the fatigue of carrying heavy batteries, many electric car owners choose to pull the wires to charge by themselves. The editor has collected and sorted out the precautions for charging electric lift truck for everyone. Friends are welcome to check it out.
Counterbalance electric forklift charging precautions
1. When charging, the charger will generate heat, and the battery will also generate heat. A good ventilation environment should be selected. If the ventilation conditions are too poor, short circuit combustion may occur due to overheating.
2. When charging, the charger should be placed on the pedal. It is strictly forbidden to cover it with objects or place it on the seat cushion or in the seat bucket.
3. When the charger is carried with the car, there is no shock protection. Long-term vehicle bumps cause the power device to be desoldered and ignite and burn during work. It is recommended that the charger should not be carried with the car.
4. After the charger falls or collides, the fan is easy to break. When charging, you should observe whether the charger cooling fan is operating normally. If the fan is broken, it should be repaired or replaced with a new charger in time.
5. The charging time is 8 to 10 hours. Do not charge the electric car for a long time, especially in hot summer weather. Long-term charging will make it difficult for the heat of the charger to dissipate and cause combustion.
6. When charging, the power cord is extended at will, often pulled back and forth, the connector is loose, the line is aged, the rubber of the wire is damaged, and a short circuit fire occurs.
7. When charging, the electric door lock must be turned off. If the electric door lock is turned on, the charging battery voltage will increase, which will burn the electric door lock and cause a short circuit fire.
8. When charging, you should choose a qualified flameproof wire, and the line should have a leakage protection device.
