1. Carry out the inspection before driving. After confirming that all parts are normal, check whether all the control handles are placed in the middle. If the engine is stopped for a long time, use the hand oil pump to fill the fuel system with fuel and loosen the bleed screw on the injection pump to drain the gas in the fuel system. When starting, turn on the key switch, connect the main power, press the start key and rotate it to start. If the first start fails, wait 2 to 5 minutes before starting the second time. If it fails to start three times, stop starting, find out the cause, and start again after troubleshooting. Each start time shall not exceed 12 seconds.
2. After the engine is started, it should be warmed up at a speed of 600 to 750 r/min, and pay close attention to the readings of each instrument, especially the reading of the diesel engine oil pressure gauge, the value of which should be greater than 0.05 MPa. The vehicle can only be driven when the reading of the barometer is greater than 0.44 MPa.
3. After the engine is started, check whether all parts of the mining wheel loaders are normal, lift the boom to the transport position; release the hand brake, step on the brake pedal, gently operate the speed lever, and hang the lever in the selected gear; release the foot brake pedal, slowly step on the accelerator pedal to gradually accelerate the loading. After the water temperature reaches 75°C, it can be fully loaded.
4. When the loader is driving in the same direction, it is not necessary to stop or step on the brake pedal to change gears; but if the driving direction is changed, it must be changed after stopping.
When the loader is driving or working on a slope, the selection valve should be placed in the non-cut-off position (applicable to loaders with selection valves), because the gearbox still has power output during braking. Once the brake is released, it can start quickly to ensure the smooth operation of the loader; otherwise, if the selection valve is placed in the cut-off position, the brake pedal is stepped on, and the oil circuit of the gearbox is cut off, so that the gearbox has no power output. After the loader stops, it will slip and be unstable when it starts again.
6. When operating the bucket cylinder joystick, when the bucket is in the appropriate position, release the joystick and the joystick can return automatically; but when operating the boom cylinder joystick, when the boom is lifted (or lowered) to the desired position, the joystick should be placed in the middle, because the boom joystick does not have the function of automatic return.
7. During the operation of the loader, the water temperature of the engine shall not exceed 95°C, and the oil temperature of the torque converter shall not exceed 115°C. If the oil and water temperature exceeds the allowable value due to long-term heavy-load operation, the loader should be stopped for cooling.
8. If the engine of the loader suddenly stalls during operation, the brake pedal should be stepped on immediately. At this time, the steering oil pump has stopped working, so the steering gear cannot be turned to implement steering.
9. It is strictly forbidden to drive at high speed during driving! High-speed driving will pose a threat to safety. When the loader is driving downhill, the brake pedal should be stepped on lightly and the engine should be kept running. It is strictly forbidden to shut down the machine and slide down the slope!
10. The various parts of the loader should be regularly maintained and lubricated as required.
11. The hydraulic oil used in the hydraulic wheel loader gearbox-torque converter and the hydraulic oil used in the hydraulic system must be clean and meet the specified requirements.
